Welcome to Camaron Pelao Taquizas! Before booking our catering services, please take a moment to review our catering policies. We're committed to providing you with an exceptional experience and want to ensure that all aspects of our service are clear and transparent.
Booking & Reservation
All catering events require a non-refundable deposit of 10% to secure and hold the event date.
The deposit will be applied toward the total balance.
Please note:

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

No exceptions will be made.

Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of services.

A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
Cancellations & Changes
- All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Any changes to your event (date, time, guest count, or menu) must be communicated as soon as possible and are subject to availability and approval.

Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.
Customer Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
-Providing accurate event details
-Ensuring access to the event location
-Securing any required permits or approvals (if applicable)
